| yea, there's no real vampires, a vampire by defenition is a reanimated corpse..I hope one of us on here isn't a zombie, but still, vampiric people call themselves vampires. we're sort of like mordern day vampires |

| back to the whole idea of the Sexual Component when it comes to blood drinking only some drinkers feel that way towards the donor, others sometimes try not to drink because they are afrain of what they become and are trying to ignore the habit. The donor may like it because to them they are apart of the vampires life and are excited because the ACTUALLY know one and so they try to enjoy every moment of a vampires bite. |

| I prefer acknowledging them as "Mordern Vampires". The mythological vampire was belived and hunted during the old days but never truely exsisted. There has never been such thing as a dead human risen from the grave to feast on the blood of her or his reletives. Wich is what they were orignally said to do. The stories of biting into the necks up unsespecting virgins didn't come till the story of Dracula. Time again changing for vampires after Draculas release, they were feared and hunted and belives to now be travlers risen from the grave who'd drink the blood of any young virgin they may see. I dunno how the evelutions rose from there but after that vampires were seen as romantic figures, then later as sexual figures, now they're looked upon as fearful, powerful, creatures of the night, a sort of Dark Hero. And because the vampire became so popular people began to modle after them wanting to be like them, granted some did go to far with it, killing other humans in order to obtain their blood, but others kept it simple. taking blood from animals or from "donors" or even from themselves, and because it cought on so fast and these people who began modling themselves after vampires seemed....different..in a good way-(alluring, mysterious, secretive, dark)-it grew and grew, untill it these people became as another species- or in other words they didn;t fit in as well with the humans- they continued calling themselves vampires, so that;s what they became in a way, a form of mordern day vampires. or atleast thats how I see it |
