what concept of god do you have, if any. with wiccanism comes the Lord and Lady, though the Lord is sometimes called the Horned God. this is where the lady gives birth to the Lord each year and as he progresses into manhood, the days start to get longer as he gets stronger. we perceive him as the sun. the lady is his mother and his protector whilst he is there. how bout you?

it's only lately that i went back to church since years of absence with my catholic background. last week though, i failed to attend and so to patch things up i gathered some old shirts and gave it to a CARITAS charity for unfortunate kids in the mall. i just wanna do some good so i would get good karma in return. i think that's the closest i could ever get to my religion.

fair enough, but you would never worship any god, ever? same. you don't worship the lord and lady but just be grateful that they created nature, and don't destroy it like others of either our race or sub race.

Honestly, I'm not sure what to believe. God the way I learned about him growing up seemed to be against girls. So when I was growing up guys ruled my life. after that I had a little bit of a feminist stage and went into witchcraft. After witchcraft I tried the "Vampire Religion", didn't like it to much, so I decided I wasn't going to worship anyone. So my friend and I got into that discussion and ofcourse he had to be christian and when he said "Okay, I've tried everything I can to convert you but I guess I'm just not good enough" that's when I had to give in.(that and he said it ment everything to him) I didn't want him to think he wasn't good enough for me to trust him, but I gave up on christianity AGIAN and now I have no religion. It's far to confusing for me. But I know christianity isnt for me anymore, when I'm in christianity it's always the same feeling, depression. God does nothing for me except make me wish I was dead.

one of my friends is a jesusfreak and keeps trying to convert me... its rather annoying. But she's slowly come from trying to convert me to becoming interesting in the wiccan religion. My ex boyfriend has literally dragged me to his church about thirty times. I used to believe(sorta) but it didnt seem to fit right with my spirit, it was akward.

i consider my self pagan not wiccan, i have studied wicca for many years, practiced solitary for 4 years before joining a coven for 5 and a half years, i have been solitary for a number of years since leaving the coven. I believe in duality, a lord and lady but i also believe they are a duality aspect of the All. In the spirit realm there is no male or female, both exist together. I see the lord and lady as two sides of the same coin. I also belive that all gods are one god, all goddess are one goddess, just many aspects of the All. It is my opinion that god does not care what name we give it or how we chose to worship, just so long as we do.

I think I am turning from what is regarded as a christian backround to a belief in a higher power..but more along the lines of paganone...living in harmony with nature and man...doing charitable works in hopes that the karma will return to me..I am very giving by nature,so this is not too hard for me.I find as I grow older I have less respect for structured things of any sort...i want to just wake each day and follow the course that is laid for me...often it is far from what I thought I might do. My father influenced me greatly and I always respected him and considered him a "good" man..he didn't attend church..but said any one who took a walk in the quiet of a forest could not help but see the stroke of the creator in the beauty that abides there....the way all things follow a path together...some die that others live....flowers that are small wonders hide beneath the shade of huge trees...that is where my soul lies...

personally, I think I'm going back into christianity AGAIN. but this time I'm reading the bible myself and taking my own understanding of it, instead of listening to a preacher who drains all the fun from my life
